We're so excited you've decided to join the AACFB!

Before setting up your online account and completing the application please review these terms and conditions. AACFB memberships are company memberships. Any employee of the company is eligible to receive benefits.

In addition to the membership fee for each membership category, the AACFB charges a $30.00 non-refundable application fee to cover AACFB's costs associated with a public records background check of the primary principal listed on the application or, if the applicant is a publicly held company, the applicant itself. Applicant acknowledges that the $30.00 application fee will be non-refundable, even if the membership application is denied.

Once you have completed your application, it will go to our membership department for review. Application review typically takes 24-48 hours. Upon approval, you will receive an email welcoming you to the association with your login and password information. If you have any questions or if you wish to add company employees to your membership, please contact headquarters at info@aacfb.org.

Broker membership is open to independently owned, non-bank owned or affiliated firms that are engaged in the commercial finance brokerage business and that agree to accept and endorse the AACFB Code of Ethics and Bylaws. Broker membership is open to those firms that do not actively and routinely solicit financing transactions from other brokers, and are not engaged primarily or substantially in the business of providing education, goods, services, benefits or other tools of the trade to others in or entering the commercial finance industry and who are known to the Board of Directors as an individual, entity or company that does not primarily or substantially engage in forms of business other than commercial finance brokerage. Vendors would not qualify for membership. Broker member dues are $369/year and are billed on an anniversary basis.

Funding Source membership is open to firms that are engaged in the providing of funds, directly or indirectly, for the financing of commercial transactions and who agree and endorse the AACFB Code of Ethics and Bylaws. An AACFB Funding Source member has no voting rights. Funding Source member dues are $899/year and are billed on an anniversary basis.

Associate membership is open to firms or organizations that have an interest in the commercial finance industry by providing education, goods, services, tools of the trade or other benefits to commercial finance brokers and who are not otherwise eligible for membership in any other membership category specified and who agree to accept and endorse the AACFB Code of Ethics and Bylaws. An AACFB Associate Member has no voting rights. Associate member dues are $725/year and are billed on an anniversary basis.
